I’m Masha! 

A Nervous System and Breathwork Coach here to support you in navigating your life and goals, using gradual and sustainable habit shifts, powerful and profound emotional processing and deep, inner healing.

I know how you’re feeling right now because this has been my personal journey too. 

On paper, I was “successful”, having ticked off the things like a stable, lucrative career in finance, living in New York, supportive relationships and all the things that we’ve been told should make us happy, right?

In reality, I was lacking fulfillment, on the brink of burnout, trapped in patterns of perfectionism, filled with guilt and shame for not being “happier” and feeling like I was being sucked deeper into a way of living I no longer wanted to be a part of but couldn’t get out of. 

I, like you, had bought into the lie that all it takes to be successful is to work hard as humanly possible and if you do that, success and happiness will follow. 

Want to know the truth? Hard work ALONE will never get you the happiness or success you crave.

My job is to support, guide and educate you on modalities grounded in psychology, neuroscience and spirituality, with the primary focus of quieting that internal battle between your mind, your body and your nervous system. 


Your next level of growth will not come from hard work, it will come from investing energy into the other components of success that you have been completely neglecting… 

Here’s another lie… 



To be your ‘best self’, you need to change or fix things about yourself. You need to become a different version of yourself.

When you say these things about yourself, what you’re actually saying is ‘I’m broken and need to be fixed’. 

You are not broken. 

You are and always have been whole. 

And my job is to help you reignite your most authentic, aligned, whole self who is already living inside of you but is just hiding under layers of trauma, pain, conditioning and beliefs that are no longer serving you to your highest good. 

Ready to get to work?  

1. I immigrated to America at the age of 7.

2. Grew up and went to college in NYC, but at 27 decided to move to California. New Yorker living in San Diego.

3. I left a coveted and lucrative career in actuarial science and finance, to do a complete 180 and become a coach and entrepreneur. At the age of 23 I would have said there is a 0% chance of me becoming an entrepreneur or doing anything outside of math/finance.

4. ILOVE math. I tutored kids ages 5-18 in math for over a decade and loved it. I got a perfect score on the math portion of the SAT. And helped multiple students do the same.

5. My husband and I have been together for 14 years. We met in high school at the lunch table when I was a junior and he was a sophomore.
