In this time together, our main focus will be on these key four areas:
Cultivating a healthy relationship with self by exploring trauma and emotions and questioning the beliefs + patterns that have been your blueprint for life until now.
Regulating the nervous system to step out of patterns of self-sabotage and into a life of fulfilment and ease.
Building healthy habits that can support your physical wellbeing alongside your mental and emotional health.
Identifying the goals that set your soul on fire and light you the F up so you can stop being distracted by what you *think* you should be achieving. Then building a bespoke, step by step strategy to achieve profound growth and transformation.
Through the course of 6 months, we will focus on healing those deep, subconscious wounds and shifting the patterns, beliefs and behaviors that are no longer serving you to give you ultimate clarity, self-love and self-acceptance. Once this deep, inner work is completed, we can then start moving towards achieving your new reality by designing and implementing a strategy that will support you in achieving your goals.
This type of work takes time.
