A bit about my offers…

All my coaching packages and experiences are grounded in a holistic approach that looks at your goals through a mind, body and self lens with the aim of regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with your innate wisdom and power using frameworks such as breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation and habit building to ensure sustainable and long term success.

My approach is trauma informed, rooted in polyvagal theory, attachment theory and somatic practices to help you heal at your deepest wounds and interrupt the subconscious patterns and behaviors that have been the blueprint for your life up until now.

To initiate sustainable, profound change we need to go to the source and the tools, techniques and resources that will enable us to do that.

Let me be clear...

I’m not here to tell you that if you meditate for 3 hours a day all your worries will go away or that all you need to do is "think positive" or journal every morning before work.
